M&A Counsel- 6 month FTC

UK listed business with significant global presence looking for an M&A Counsel to join them on a six month contract with the possibility of the role being made permanent. Hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of one day per week required in the Central London offices. You must be available to start in July (early August at the latest), ideally with no more than two weeks of holiday booked over the summer period.

The role sits within the corporate division of a collegiate and talented in-house legal team. You will be assisting on a wide range of international M&A transactions - drafting and preparing documentation, as well as liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to push the projects forward. The role will also involve a wide range of other corporate advisory work.

There is flexibility over the PQE level of the incoming candidate and the remit would be adjusted accordingly. The client is happy to look at profiles between 3-12 PQE (and even candidates outside of that range will be considered). You must possess extensive M&A experience, ideally from a leading firm in the UK, USA, or another Commonwealth jurisdiction.

Please note that salary range is according to PQE level and relevancy of experience - not all applicants can expect to be considered at the top end of those figures.
