Are you an ambitious finance professional with a passion for accuracy, insightful reporting, and partnering with the business? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our collaborative and fast‑paced finance team at The Big Table Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes, develop across multiple areas of month-end, and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across one of the UK’s largest and most diverse hospitality groups.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own key areas of month-end reporting (e.g., sales, COS, labour, costs, capex, overheads).
- Produce accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Lead budgeting & forecasting for your area
- Partner with non‑finance stakeholders to support decision‑making
- Deliver clear analysis and insight
- Support year-end and external audits
- Improve processes, reporting accuracy and controls
- Part-qualified or fully‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
- Experience in month‑end and year‑end reporting
- Excellent data interpretation skills, with the confidence to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues
- Experience in multi‑site businesses (desirable)
- Budgeting and/or business partnering experience (preferred)
- Strong systems knowledge – CODA or similar
- A proactive approach, with a desire to improve processes and deliver high‑quality work
