📢 WE’RE HIRING – MANAGER

Albatross Education Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our growing UK team and support our expansion in the Indian student recruitment market.

📍 Location: Albatross Education – Preston Office, UK (Hybrid)

⏰ Position: Full-Time – 40 hours per week

💷 Salary: Competitive, based on experience

✅ UK graduate – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised UK university

✅ Strong knowledge and understanding of the Indian education and student recruitment market

✅ Fluency in EnglishHindi plus at least one additional Indian regional language

✅ Previous experience working within an education consultancy, international student recruitment, admissions, or related sector

✅ Strong communication, relationship-management and organisational skills

✅ Ability to develop and manage relationships with students, parents, education partners and other stakeholders

✅ Good understanding of digital systems and technology

Preferred / Advantageous:

🎓 IT-related degree, diploma or professional certification

🌏 Previous experience recruiting students from India for UK higher education

🤝 Existing knowledge of education agents, schools, colleges and recruitment networks across India

The successful candidate will support Albatross Education’s UK operations while playing an important role in developing our Indian market strategy, student recruitment, partner relationships and business growth.
