Description of duties:
- Contacting customers of our client by phone to obtain their feedback regarding the level of service they received
- Record the collected data onto an online system
- Where applicable translate the feedback into English
- Report to the Project Manager on the progress of your calls to ensure the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date
Full training will be given in relation to the work required

Person Specification:
- Good level of written and spoken English
- First-language proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to multitask
- Results and target orientated
- Self-motivated
- A good attention to detail
- A professional approach
- Customer service experience
- An excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)
Work Pattern:
This is a part-time position with around 5-10 hours of work per week. Working times are flexible and range between Monday to Friday - business hours in the country you are calling to. Working from home is essential.
