We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a key contributor in their international marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across diverse global territories, directly impacting how content reaches and resonates with international viewers. Your meticulous coordination and proactive support will drive campaign success, bringing exciting entertainment to millions and strengthening the brand’s global presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create and manage monthly social media content schedules for external agency partners, planning content months in advance and ensuring agencies have the necessary information for execution across international handles.
  • Adapt and distribute monthly title schedules, coordinating with internal stakeholders to capture and share all required information with partner agencies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the creation of customer email campaigns for title launches, utilizing press releases and collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure on-brand messaging.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing processes across public relations and paid media workstreams, working closely with finance and marketing leads for accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate social media asset requests for agency partners, liaising with internal creative teams to source and deliver assets on schedule.
  • Manage asset collection from distribution partners through asset management and delivery systems, ensuring comprehensive asset libraries.
  • Support display advertising campaign planning, assisting in the creation and maintenance of headline and business-as-usual campaigns across international markets.
  • Own asset management across shared asset management platforms, maintaining organized folder structures and asset documentation, and coordinating with third-party contributors.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for original titles across various international markets.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, compile reports, and surface insights to inform optimization strategies.
  • Support tentpole marketing moments, including title launches, trailer drops, and promotional events.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across the team.

**Required Skills**

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with social media management tools, content scheduling platforms, and asset management systems.
  • Experience with invoicing and budget management tools and tracking.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (data manipulation, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**

  • Professional non-internship marketing experience, ideally in entertainment, media, or streaming.
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with paid digital media channels (e.g., social media platforms, video platforms, programmatic display) and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Understanding of the international entertainment/streaming landscape.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and maintaining schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Experience with creative asset management, localization workflows, and digital asset delivery systems.
  • Passion for TV, film, and entertainment content.
