Marketing - Events Coordinator

What you'll be doing

If you're someone who loves bringing people together, thrives on organisation, and gets a buzz from seeing an event come to life, this could be the role for you.

As our Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events across the UK and internationally. From major trade shows and customer events to product launches, hospitality experiences and internal celebrations, you'll help create memorable experiences that showcase the Prima brand at its very best.

You'll be the driving force behind the details, coordinating logistics, managing timelines and budgets, working with suppliers and venues, and keeping everything running smoothly from planning through to delivery. You'll also work closely with our Sales, Customer Service and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, support business growth and ensure every event leaves a lasting impression.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience planning and delivering events, exhibitions or trade shows, ideally across both the UK and international markets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can build great relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and venues.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and event logistics.
• Customer-focused with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how events can support business growth.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and event management tools.
• Able to work independently whilst being a great team player.
• Experience within foodservice, hospitality, FMCG or a similar industry would be advantageous.
• A qualification in Events, Marketing, Business or a related subject would be beneficial.
