The Marketing Lead – Brand & Communications is responsible for building awareness, engagement and brand consistency across the entire organisation — externally and internally.
This is a hands-on role with accountability for how Precision Proco shows up in the world. You’ll act as our brand guardian — protecting our tone of voice, sharpening our visual identity and ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably us.
Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Governance
- Act as brand police (in the nicest possible way).
- Ensure tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
- Review and approve marketing and internal communications to ensure alignment.
Awareness & Engagement
- Develop and execute brand-focused campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Promote our USPs clearly and consistently across all touchpoints.
- Measure engagement metrics and continuously optimise performance.
Channels, PR & Presence
- Identify opportunities for PR, sponsorship, partnerships and events.
- Ensure we show up in the right places — not just more places.
Thought Leadership & Content
- Create compelling content across LinkedIn, blogs, email, presentations and wider channels.
- Translate expertise into engaging, audience-first storytelling.
Internal Brand & Employee Experience
- Work with Head of Marketing & HR team to develop employer branding.
- Shape and implement internal communications strategy.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years experience in a B2B marketing role with brand responsibility.
- Experience managing brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Social media management experience (organic and paid).
- Strong design capability, confident using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content and asset creation.
