About the Role



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the UK market, including brand campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Create and manage content across social media, websites, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, including ROI and key metrics.
  • Provide strategic direction to the marketing team in China, ensuring effective cross-border collaboration.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience in UK.
  • Experience in renewable energy, solar, or technology sectors is highly preferred.



Required Skills



  • Skilled in photography and videography, including planning shots and coordinating on-site location shoots.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Data Studio / Power BI, and Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experienced with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and visual design software Adobe including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong results-oriented mindset.
