The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own execution across product marketing, campaigns, partner marketing, PR, events, social, and newsletter. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team — no layers, no bureaucracy, no waiting for sign-off to ship.
We've just named a category. We're the only company that's built it. Your job is to plant that flag in the market — through sharp storytelling, analyst-grade content, and campaigns that convert awareness into pipeline at Tier-1 institutions globally.
This is an execution role. You move fast, ship campaigns, measure, double down on what works. AI and automation are your force multipliers — we expect you to use them as leverage across the whole role, not just content generation.

What You'll Do
- Product Marketing: Build and execute launch plans for new products, features, and markets. Align messaging and enablement with sales and product. Translate VEI positioning into persona-specific narratives for CIO, CTO, CISO, and CFO buyers.
- Campaigns & Demand: Design and run multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, paid) that generate qualified pipeline at Tier-1 banks and insurers. Measure ROI and iterate fast.
- Newsletter: Grow NayaOne's newsletter into a primary thought-leadership and demand channel. Own segmentation, content, cadence, and engagement.
- Partner Marketing: Develop co-branded campaigns, events, and content with banks, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
- PR & Communications: Leverage NayaOne's network of trades, journalists, and analysts to land coverage and thought-leadership — including support on the Decision Latency white paper and analyst submissions.
- Events: Coordinate conference presence, partner events, and event-driven campaigns end-to-end.
- Social & Brand: Own LinkedIn and X presence. Plan, create, and schedule content that drives engagement and reach — leading with AI in market-capture channels, elevating to VEI for CIO and analyst conversations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience marketing to CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise tech teams is a major plus: more important than any specific sector. Fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is helpful but not essential - this role is a great gateway in for someone interested in the industry!
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing. International markets experience is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to ship campaigns and product launches end-to-end — not just plan them.
- Strong PR, storytelling, and written communication. A media network in finance or tech is a plus. Bonus if you get excited about the idea of marketing a category you're helping to create.
- Comfort with AI and automation as core workflow — not a novelty. You don't need to know every tool on day one, but you have to be adoption-ready and hungry to compound your output.
- Sharp organisational skills. Things don't fall through the cracks.
- Proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment selling into regulated enterprises.

- Stage 1: Conversation with the CEO, fit, motivation, and how you think.
- Stage 2: Working session with leadership, we'll put a real problem in front of you and work through it together.
