Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 + 10% Bonus

The Role:

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the development and execution of the EMEA marketing strategy - translating global brand vision into locally resonant, high-impact activity.

You will take ownership across:

  • Integrated brand campaigns spanning digital, retail and wholesale channels
  • PR, influencer and social strategy, with a focus on cultural relevance and brand storytelling
  • Agency partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Ecommerce, Retail, Sales and Global teams
  • Localisation of global assets to maximise impact across EMEA markets
  • Budget management and optimisation of marketing investment
  • Performance tracking, using insight to continually refine and strengthen activity

Candidate Criteria:

You're a brand operator with a strong point of view and a deep understanding of the fashion landscape.

  • 7+ years' experience within fashion or premium consumer brands
  • Deep, current understanding of the global fashion landscape - trends, culture, competitors and consumer behaviour - and how to translate this into commercially impactful marketing
  • Proven experience in brand building, positioning and integrated campaigns
  • Digital-first mindset with a strong grasp of media and performance
  • Able to turn insight into clear, actionable strategy
  • Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally
  • Strong commercial awareness - you understand how marketing drives growth
  • Confident communicator with strong storytelling ability
  • Experience working in international environments
  • Experience within high-growth or evolving brands is advantageous
