As a Sales & Business Development Placement Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the financial advice industry while developing the commercial, communication and relationship-management skills required for a successful career in financial services.

Phase 1 – Structured Training & Internship
A structured introductory programme covering:

Phase 2 – Paid Development Opportunity
Successful candidates may progress into a paid part-time or placement-year development role, while working towards relevant professional qualifications.
Support may include pathways towards qualifications such as:
CeMAP – Mortgage Advice
DipFA – Financial Advice
Phase 3 – Graduate Career Opportunity
High-performing candidates may be considered for full-time graduate opportunities following completion of their studies, with the potential to develop into roles including:
• Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Financial Adviser
• Business Development Manager
• Relationship Manager
• Sales Manager
• Future Team Leader / Business Manager
Future sponsorship opportunities may also be considered subject to individual eligibility, performance and business requirements.
We would particularly like to hear from students currently studying a Master’s degree who have a placement year or professional placement option as part of their course.
You should be:

A UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
Additional languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujarati, Bengali or Tamil are also advantageous, but not required.
