*** MDM Developer - 6 Months B2B Contract - Hybrid - Paddington ***
RED now has a new contract opportunity for an MDM Developer to join one of our key partners for a new enterprise data management transformation project.
The initial contract will be for 6 months.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week on site in Paddington.
***This role is inside IR35***
Specific skills/experience required:
- 5-10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) development
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise MDM solutions
- Proven experience with cloud-based MDM processes, integrations, and data migration
- Strong knowledge of data quality, governance, and master data domain management
- Experience in MDM workflow optimisation, performance tuning, and issue resolution
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (data architects, BAs, stakeholders)
- Experience leading end-to-end MDM implementations and technical delivery
- Strong background in technical documentation, code reviews, and best practice enforcement
- Experience working within Banking
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Able to join within 2–4 weeks from offer
