About the Role

The Global Growth Lifecycle Merchandising Team is looking for a Content Merchandising Coordinator to support international merchandising lifecycle initiatives across multiple platforms. As the business transitions toward automated merchandising, this role will play a key part in shaping how global audiences discover, engage with, and retain content


Merchandising Coordinator

📍 Location: London, UK (3 days office mandate)

📄 Contract: Sub-contract (Inside IR35)


What You’ll Do

  • Manage DTC content merchandising across owned and operated platforms in assigned international regions
  • Plan and execute homepage placements, marquee features, spotlight modules, carousels, content hubs, and kids’ pages
  • Input and maintain global merchandising plans in Airtable and CMS tools within agreed timelines
  • Monitor and report on content performance, customer behaviour, engagement metrics, and lifecycle trends
  • Build strong working relationships with global marketing and content stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Partner with CRM teams to identify and activate high-performing content for email and push campaigns
  • Collaborate with brand and performance marketing teams to improve churn reduction, win-back rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
  • Support experimentation and testing of new engagement channels and merchandising strategies


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, retention marketing, CRM, digital merchandising, or related marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing principles including engagement, churn, segmentation, and LTV
  • Hands-on experience with digital merchandising and content lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate campaign and audience data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience working across mobile, web, and OTT platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar (preferred)
  • Proficiency with tools like Airtable, CMS platforms, and data entry workflows
  • Strong coordination skills across international, cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
