Job Description
- Support knowledge transfer from DL to Customer for domain management processes, tools and operational dependencies.
- Capture how DL domains are managed across MarkMonitor, AWS Route 53 and delegated DNS arrangements.
- Support the AWS Route 53 team with domain analysis, hosted zone review and migration inputs.
- Review DNS records and zone files to identify key dependencies before migration.
- Support technical coordination across DL, CSC, AWS/cloud teams and CACI.
