We are seeking an experienced mortgage broker who has worked in the New Homes sector ideally, however, being a broker is overall more important!
Working from your HOME BASE on a remote basis in the SOUTH WEST REGION (including Bristol, Swindon and into Somerset) you will have access to a fantastic array of new homes leads and as such you will have to be heavily focused on delivering quality advice for your customer's mortgage & protection needs, whilst retaining great relationships with the new homes developers and their sites!
The remuneration for the role will be on a competitive employed basis and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £60 - 70K + pa once established; you will also benefit from superb nack office and admin support!
You MUST be CeMAP or equivalent qualified to advise & recommend mortgage & protection products, with at least 2 years or more experience of advising in a whole of market, broker environment.
Experience of working in a telephone, online and home based role is ALSO ESSENTIAL as is an excellent telephone manner and CAS!
