About the Role


This is a self employed, flexible hybrid role, the firm’s office is in Birmingham.


Responsibilities


  • Providing exceptional service to clients and giving advice across mortgages and protection.
  • Managing incoming enquiries.
  • Working with existing clients and growing your own client bank.
  • Supporting the servicing of a large client bank.
  • Assisting with any remortgage needs as well as bringing on new clients.



Qualifications


  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.



Required Skills


  • Proven experience in providing mortgage advice.
  • Strong communication skills with a client focus.



Pay range and compensation package


  • Competitive commission-based structure with 70% commission split on self-generated leads and 50% where leads are provided.
  • No monthly fees.
  • Some leads provided to help you build your business.
  • 3 months retainer to help get you started.
  • Opportunities for growth, including potential business buyout options further down the line.
