🌱 About the role:
As Nursery Manager, you will lead and inspire our nursery team to deliver the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding.
You will be responsible for:
⭐ Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team
⭐ Ensuring excellent EYFS practice and preparing for Ofsted inspections
⭐ Maintaining outstanding safeguarding, health and safety standards
⭐ Supporting staff through supervisions, observations and professional development
⭐ Building strong relationships with children, families and external partners
⭐ Monitoring curriculum planning, children's progress and learning outcomes
⭐ Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards
👩 🏫 About you:
We are looking for someone who is:
✔ Passionate about early years education and delivering outstanding childcare
✔ An experienced Nursery Manager or senior leader
✔ A strong team builder who can inspire and motivate others
✔ Knowledgeable about EYFS statutory requirements and Ofsted expectations
✔ Confident managing nursery operations, compliance and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ Nursery Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Paediatric First Aid and DSL training (or willingness to complete)
• Enhanced DBS check required
