An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse Associate or Assistant Practitioner to join the Home Based Treatment Team (HBTT) in Salford.
The HBTT provides intensive, short-term support to individual experincing acute mental health crises, as an alternative to hospital admission. You will work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care within service users homes and dedicated clinic space at Meadowbrook Unit, offering physical health checks alongside mental health interventions as part of the service users ongoing care and treatment.
We provide inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and the borough of Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.

- Health Promotion & interventions
- Physical Health Improvement Tool
- Undertake Venepuncture as required within the PHIT Tool
- Undertake ECG as required within the PHIT Tool
- Provide addtional monitoring of medication to service users
- To provide additonal support to carers
- Supporting annual flu vaccination clinics if required
