As a Nutrition Assistant, you will support the delivery of Starbucks' nutrition agenda across EMEA by maintaining accurate nutrition and allergen information, supporting regulatory compliance activities and ensuring customer-facing nutrition information remains accurate and up to date.
Working closely with Nutrition, Regulatory, Quality and Product Development, you will help manage nutrition data, support product launches, maintain systems and processes, and provide accurate information that enables informed business decisions and supports consumer trust.

Here, You’ll Achieve Results By
- Maintaining nutrition and allergen databases to ensure information is accurate, complete and current.
- Supporting the calculation, validation and verification of nutrition and allergen information for food and beverage products.
- Coordinating the collection, review and management of nutrition information from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the development, maintenance and governance of customer-facing nutrition information across packaging, websites, mobile applications and nutrition calculators.
- Managing nutrition-related trackers, reports and documentation to support business compliance requirements.
- Supporting product launches by ensuring nutrition and allergen information is available, accurate and delivered within required timelines.
- Assisting with responses to nutrition and allergen enquiries from internal stakeholders, consumers and external organisations.
- Supporting compliance with nutrition, allergen and food information legislation across EMEA markets.
- Monitoring nutrition trends, emerging legislation and industry developments and communicating relevant updates to the wider team.
- Supporting delivery of Starbucks' nutrition strategy and commitments across EMEA.
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, regulatory partners and cross-functional teams.
- Taking ownership of assigned activities and delivering work to agreed timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and data management processes.
- Supporting a culture of compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Having a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or a related discipline.
- Working towards or holding Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) status.
- Having a good understanding of nutrition, allergen management and food information legislation.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Being highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Managing multiple priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
