We have an opportunity for a part time person to join the Occupational Health Team.

The role is to provide administrative activities to support the services provided by the Occupational Health Service. Duties include: assist in the planning, implementation and administration of Health Surveillance programmes/other screening and maintain accurate and up-to-date Occupational Health Records.

Planning and administration of OH clinics, and liaising with referring managers; medical practitioners and other clinicians in the pursuit of required documentation and reports to support OH activities.

To also maintain statistical and financial data.

Acting as first point of contact with customers and provide the Occupational Health (OH) Service with an efficient administrative support service including the development and maintenance of office systems through the use of digital processes.
