The ideal candidate will be in charge of processing and booking sales orders onto our internal workflow system. You will also be responsible for ensuring the invoicing is completed in timely manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing order workflow from receipt to delivery
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email
  • Investigating customer queries through to resolution
  • Producing reports for management
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties (welcoming visitors, ordering office supplies)


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work


This is a part-time role, with the potential to transition to a full-time position in the future depending on business demand.
