We are hiring an experienced Office Administration & Personal Assistant to support office operations, HR coordination, executive administration, and property oversight.
Key Requirements:
β 5+ years' experience in Office Administration, PA/EA, or Operations roles
β Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
β Experience with vendor management, reporting, and office coordination
β Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
β Ability to work independently with high levels of discretion and professionalism
β Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
