We are hiring an experienced Office Administration & Personal Assistant to support office operations, HR coordination, executive administration, and property oversight.

Key Requirements:

βœ” 5+ years' experience in Office Administration, PA/EA, or Operations roles

βœ” Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

βœ” Experience with vendor management, reporting, and office coordination

βœ” Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

βœ” Ability to work independently with high levels of discretion and professionalism

βœ” Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
