Role Summary - Office Assistant:
As the company grows, so does the admin workload! We have now reached a stage where we require a proactive and positive person to join the team in order to maintain the smooth running of the company. Liaising closely with the Partners, tasks will include but not be limited to: assisting with clerical and administrative support, booking flights/accommodation, submit meter readings to utilities providers, organising the range of internal/external annual events, sending of staff receipts to the company accountant, maintaining a clean office environment (the company has a cleaner so this role would simply include some light tidying during the working day).
With regards to working hours, we are happy to have an open discussion with the right candidate as to how best this role could suit, this role is a part-time position. Possibly working several hours each day for several days a week would work best but happy to discuss collaboratively with the right person. We are happy for those working hours to be in the middle of the day so as to be helpful to those who need to pick up/drop off children at the beginning/end of the day.

Advertising for the role will remain open until 16th July, after which all suitable candidates will be considered. There will then be a round of interviews in the Woking office, after which we will offer a role to the successful candidate.
