Operational Risk Specialist
About the role
As an Operational Risk Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us maintain a strong and effective operational risk framework across the business. Working as part of our Operational Risk team, you'll partner closely with stakeholders to provide expert guidance, oversight and constructive challenge, helping them understand and manage operational risks effectively.
You'll support the development of a strong risk culture, promote accountability and ownership, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our risk management practices and systems.
About You
We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of Operational Risk Management within a regulated financial services environment. You'll have experience of operational risk methodologies such as RCSA, risk event management and scenario analysis, alongside the confidence to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
You'll be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
