Seraneon is seeking an experienced Oracle Finance & EPM Consulting Manager to join our growing Oracle Cloud practice in the UK.
This is a leadership role for an experienced consulting professional who can combine strong Oracle Finance and EPM expertise with client engagement, delivery leadership, solution design, and team management capabilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead Oracle Finance and EPM transformation programmes
• Manage client stakeholders and executive-level relationships
• Drive solution design and delivery quality across multiple engagements
• Support pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
• Lead and mentor consultants across Finance and EPM workstreams
• Contribute to practice growth, capability development, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure successful project delivery, governance, and client satisfaction
🔹 Required Experience
✅ Proven consulting experience gained within a Consulting Firm, Systems Integrator, Oracle Partner, or Advisory Organisation (mandatory)
✅ Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management
• Expenses
• Procurement
• Financial Reporting
✅ Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud, including:
• Planning & Budgeting
• Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS)
• Account Reconciliation
• Profitability & Cost Management
• Enterprise Data Management
✅ Experience leading full project lifecycles and managing consulting teams
✅ Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Ideal Candidate
• Candidates should demonstrate extensive experience leading enterprise software implementations and
managing teams of 20+ people
• Previous experience managing consultants and project teams
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting sales and business development activities
• Ability to engage confidently with Finance Directors, CFOs, and senior business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
