As our business continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud professionals to join our London team.

The Opportunity

We are looking for senior Oracle Cloud professionals who can take full ownership of solution design, customer engagement and delivery assurance within Oracle Cloud.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can lead:

Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP Finance & Grants Cloud or both

Candidates with experience across both domains will be highly regarded.

This is not a configuration-only role. We are looking for individuals who can act as trusted advisors to customers, lead solution discussions, challenge requirements, guide delivery teams and ensure the final solution delivers the required business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the solution is designed correctly, configured correctly and delivered to a high standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end Oracle Cloud solution within your area of expertise
  • Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions
  • Understand customer business processes and future requirements
  • Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Provide guidance on Oracle leading practices
  • Challenge proposed approaches where a better solution exists
  • Review solution designs and configuration decisions
  • Ensure consistency across all workstreams
  • Act as the senior authority for solution-related decisions
Delivery Leadership
  • Work closely with project managers, architects and consultants
  • Support implementation programmes from initiation through to go-live
  • Provide guidance throughout build, testing and deployment activities
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions
  • Support cutover and go-live planning
  • Assist customers during hypercare and post-go-live optimisation
Quality Assurance Ownership
  • Take accountability for ensuring the delivered solution meets customer requirements
  • Review functional designs, configuration documents and solution approaches
  • Validate that business processes operate as intended
  • Ensure consistency between requirements, design, configuration and testing outcomes
  • Review defects and support resolution activities
  • Challenge gaps or inconsistencies before they become production issues
  • Maintain a strong focus on solution quality throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Act as the final solution authority before deployment into production
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR Directors, Finance Directors, CIOs and Programme Sponsors
  • Facilitate workshops and executive discussions
  • Present recommendations and solution options
  • Support governance meetings and steering committees
  • Become a trusted advisor to customers
Business Development and Pre-Sales
  • Support Oracle Cloud demonstrations
  • Contribute to proposals and bid responses
  • Participate in customer presentations
  • Assist with solution estimations and planning
  • Support business development activities
  • Represent Fusion Practices at customer and industry events

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 8+ years of Oracle Cloud experience
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud solution workstreams
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting both implementation and managed service engagements
  • Oracle certifications would be advantageous

Location

This role is London-based with hybrid working arrangements.

Travel to customer locations across the UK may be required depending on project needs.
