Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Architect

Location: London, UK (Canary Wharf) – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)

Contract Duration: 18 Months


Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise across Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management modules, with experience delivering large-scale global implementations and European localization projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.

• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and business SMEs.

• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM solutions.

• Provide leadership across Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management workstreams.

• Drive end-to-end solution delivery across onsite and offshore teams.

• Participate in functional testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Support global rollout initiatives and multi-country implementations.

• Lead super-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business processes.

• Support data migration and conversion activities, including strategy, mapping, reconciliation, and validation.

• Recommend process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of Oracle SCM experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.

• Expertise in Procurement Cloud.

• Expertise in Inventory Management Cloud.

• Experience with Order Management Cloud.

• Experience leading at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.

• Strong experience with global rollouts and multi-country deployments.

• Experience working on European localization and statutory requirements.

• Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution design.

• Experience with data conversion, migration, and reconciliation.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.

• Experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience working within global delivery environments.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Work Arrangement

• Hybrid working model – 3 days onsite per week in Canary Wharf, London.

• Occasional travel within the UK and Europe may be required (travel expenses reimbursed).
