Responsibilities include performing well-defined tasks independently and assisting with more complex projects under close supervision.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Acts as a resource in the assigned business area
- Assisting in data collection and preparation for metrics reporting, including data analysis / manipulations.
- Manages records in validated electronic management systems, including data entry, tracking, and follow-ups with Owners to drive completion
- Providing administrative support for artwork systems maintenance and activities.
- Supporting in day-to-day artwork management processes, performing routine tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively, independently, and contribute in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple activities to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical product artwork/labeling, regulatory, or related fields.
- Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Minimally requires 1 year of experience or the equivalent combination of advanced education and experience

Flex Eligibility Status
In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
- Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
- On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
