Paediatric Nurse Specialist Continence / Clinical Lead

We require an experienced, knowledgeable, registered nurse who is able to work autonomously, making high level decisions.
Providing a nurse-led children’s continence clinic in the community from first assessment through to, examination, investigation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
Supporting children and young people, their parents/guardians, nursery nurses, health visitors, school nurses, education and social care staff in promoting continence in children and young people.
The post holder will monitor and report effectiveness of the service against agreed targets and be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of service initiatives.
This post is part time 22.5 hours per week.
As a Specialist Paediatric Nurse you will work across the West Cheshire Footprint, as part of a Multiprofessional team. This includes Nurses ,Nurse Associates, Nursery Nurse, Healthcare workers and a team of administrators.
This role is responsible for assessing and treating children and Young People in a variety of settings including clinic, schools and their home.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.
We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, Liverpool and Stockport.
