Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with Ecommerce & Premium Consumer brands across international markets. They have been scaling rapidly following consecutive years of strong growth and they are now hiring for a Paid Media Director.

You will lead high-value client relationships, owning paid media strategy from commercial planning through to optimisation and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence marketing direction and mentor a talented paid media team, while remaining hands-on with campaign performance and strategic decision-making.

It's a fully remote business with a flexible, trust-based culture and a highly connected, driven team of specialists.

About the Role:

• Lead paid media strategies across Meta, Paid Search and multi-channel campaigns
• Translate CAC, LTV and profitability data into scalable growth plans
• Act as the senior client contact for strategic planning and performance reviews
• Mentor Paid Media Managers and Executives to elevate team capability
• Deliver clear reporting and performance storytelling to senior stakeholders

Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns
• Strong commercial understanding of attribution, incrementality and measurement
• Proven background working with e-commerce or premium consumer brands
• Confident communication skills with experience presenting to senior clients
• Advanced understanding of Meta Ads, Paid Search and wider digital strategy
