🚀 We're Hiring | Associate Director, Paid Social | London | Up to £55,000 | 12-Month FTC
Major Players is working exclusively with a leading global media network to find a talented paid social leader for a high-profile, full-funnel retail account.
This is a senior leadership role sitting across a major UK retail brand — spanning stores, fashion, and mobile — giving you genuine breadth and scale across three distinct business pillars.
🎯 The Role
You'll lead paid social strategy, planning and client communications at a senior level, with direct line management of two Associate Directors and an Account Manager, and indirect oversight of a team of six.
You'll collaborate closely with programmatic and search specialists and own the paid social output end-to-end -from strategy through to activation on Meta and TikTok, with supporting work on Pinterest and LinkedIn.
This is a 12-month FTC with all standard permanent benefits included and genuine conversations already happening about a long-term future in the business.
✅ What We're Looking For
• Director-level experience in paid social (junior directors or senior manager welcome to apply)
• Strong performance marketing background — this account is full-funnel but skewed to performance
• Deep platform knowledge across Meta and TikTok
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Agency background, ideally network or high-growth independent
