This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Sprayer based in Derby. The Paint Sprayer will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings with precision, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality finish. The role involves working with various materials, following safety protocols, and adhering to client specifications and deadlines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaboration with the team to ensure efficient workflow is also an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in paint spraying techniques, including prepping surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes
• Experience with maintaining and operating spray equipment and understanding of related tools and materials
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols within a workshop or paint application environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and apply them to projects
• Team collaboration skills and an ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Previous experience in automotive, rail, or industrial paint spraying is an advantage
• A relevant qualification or certification in paint spraying or a related field is desirable
