Paralegal - Commercial - Prestigious International Law Firm

Our client, a leading Tier 1 law firm, is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their growing team in Manchester. Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
• Preparing and reviewing NDAs for a variety of clients and transactions
• Conducting due diligence exercises, including reviewing and summarising documentation
• Liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders to support transactions
• Assisting with the coordination and management of contract lifecycles
• Supporting the wider commercial team on ad hoc projects as required

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years' experience working within commercial contracts
• Solid experience across a range of contract types, NDAs, and due diligence processes
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and senior stakeholders
• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester
• Maximum notice period of 1 month
