We're looking for a Paralegal to join our Property team based in London.
Location: London - Hybrid working available with travel to the office required 3 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Paralegal, You'll Be Working Within The Property Team, Supporting Them In Delivering Legal Services Across Various Property Matters. Your Day To Day Will Include
- Assisting with legal tasks including reviewing and amending documents such as NDAs, contracts, deeds, and planning agreements
- Undertaking legal research, reviewing Land Registry titles and providing advice on property documentation
- Supporting the team in managing contract approvals, execution and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers to support business objectives
- Contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and providing compliance support
This Role Of Paralegal Is Great For You If
- You have experience as a paralegal in the property sector, either in-house or in private practice
- You possess strong knowledge of property law, particularly in commercial and residential property developments
- You're commercially minded with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible language
- You have excellent organisational skills and can confidently manage multiple priorities under pressure
- You're a natural relationship builder who enjoys collaborating with colleagues at all levels
