Cielo is working with an established mobility company based in Uxbridge to look for a Paralegal (Maternity Cover).


A Snapshot of Your Day

As our Paralegal, you will serve as a vital link in our legal operations, providing comprehensive support to the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. Your day will involve managing corporate housekeeping activities across our global entities, coordinating document execution processes, and supporting various legal and compliance initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance compliance, manage intellectual property matters, and contribute to the smooth operation of the Legal and Compliance Department.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Safeguard the Group's legal interests by providing meticulous corporate housekeeping and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Support critical corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through data room management and document coordination
  • Oversee the administrative management of the Group's valuable intellectual property portfolio
  • Coordinate internal transformation projects led by the Legal and Compliance Department
  • Provide administrative support for the Group's insurance portfolio, including claims handling and renewal processes
  • Ensure governance compliance for all relevant transactions and coordinate Powers of Attorney issuance
  • Support budget management, cost monitoring, and invoice processing for the Legal Department
  • Draft essential documents including letters and Powers of Attorney while contributing to internal process development
  • Maintain and update legal reporting tools, procedures, and governance policies


What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a paralegal in a law firm and/or international company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear documents
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments in an international environment
  • Fluency in English; a second language (preferably German) is an advantage
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and across nationalities
