The Rol

eWe are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the Legal team of a leading mobile telecoms infrastructure company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced in-house environment, supporting a wide range of commercial property legal matters. You will work closely with legal colleagues and the wider business to support the delivery of critical legal and operational activities

.What you will be doin

• gSupporting site-related legal matters including renewals, notices to quit, access disputes and enforcement action
• sConducting legal research, title checks and data analysi
• sSupporting disclosure exercises and document collation with internal and external stakeholder
• sReviewing legal billing schedules against SLA
• sCoordinating execution of engrossed agreement
• sMaintaining systems, databases and reporting tool
• sSupporting templates, training materials and process improvement

sWhat we are looking fo

• rLLB or equivalent legal qualificatio
• nBasic understanding of commercial property law (including leases vs licences
• )Strong research, analytical and IT skills (MS Office
• )Highly organised with strong attention to detai
• lAble to work at pace and manage competing prioritie
• sStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholder
