This is a demanding role, in which you will deal with the complete range of employee relations issues, and actively promoting the Union’s organising strategy. The role requires tenacity, objectivity, a good understanding of employment law and the ability to advocate successfully.

- Salary £32,331 (FTE £80, 828)
- 14 hours per week, 2 consecutive days per week, ie Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, Friday.
- 50 days leave inclusive of closure days and public holidays – pro rata
- Hybrid working
- Defined Benefit Pension Scheme
- Based near London Bridge
