We are seeking an experienced Partner / Channel Manager to support the growth and commercial success of a leading marketing technology platform ecosystem in the UK. This role focuses on managing strategic agency and reseller partnerships, driving platform adoption, supporting contract renewals, and enabling long-term revenue growth across enterprise advertising solutions.

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a solid understanding of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms. You will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to develop joint growth plans, improve platform usage, and deliver commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic agency and reseller partners, maintaining commercially healthy relationships through regular engagement, account planning, and contract renewal management.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to partner and customer objectives, ensuring progress against revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive adoption and usage of advertising technology platforms, with a particular focus on DSP and programmatic solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, product specialists, and account teams to deliver coordinated customer and partner solutions.
  • Support sales strategy development, opportunity identification, forecasting, and pipeline management across partner accounts.
  • Analyse customer and platform data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact across commercial and operational matters.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and support partner enablement, training, and best practice sharing.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ad tech, mar tech, digital advertising, media partnerships, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of DSP platforms and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience with Dv 360
  • Experience working with agencies, reseller partners, channel partners, or within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing commercial relationships, renewals, and strategic partner accounts.
  • Background in partnership management, client services, account management, or consultative sales within advertising technology.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
