Role Description

As a Partner Success Manager you’ll play a vital role in managing and growing our network of fashion brand and retailer partners. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with existing suppliers, onboarding new SME retailers and independents, and ensuring smooth operational processes, including reporting and administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for analysing inventory performance and liasing with our retailers to help them realise their growth potential on the Love the Sales marketplace.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or partnerships within the fashion, e-commerce, or retail sectors. This may also suit someone with a background in merchandising
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
