In this role you will get the chance to work on building up your own portfolio across the EU and UK in a fairly new started client category within the bank, together with a collaborative team of dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues. As part of the role, you will be speaking directly with fund managers and corporate service providers together with internal stakeholders (could be senior management) and attending relevant industry events. This role will require travelling as you will be building out our presence in the European region, hence we are looking for a builder that gets energy building out our funds and corporate services.
We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

- Responsible for hunting new business opportunities in the institutional space across the EU and UK.
- Manage relationships understanding client’s needs, strategy and how Banking Circle can support their growth.
- Creating genuine connections with many key contacts to aim success.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue and act as a subject matter expert to clients.
- Ensure high quality communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand and collate client’s business requirements and champion this internally across multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure the right outcomes for your partnership portfolio.
Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have created an existing network within the industry together with gaining a strong commercial understanding. A background within the financial services industry will be considered as a plus as we would expect you to engage with Fund administrators, Corporate Service Providers and Family offices to leverage the Banking Circle infrastructure.
You are proactive and motivated in your job, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are results-driven and have a strong sense of accountability. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment, and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly. Experience with FX will be seen as an advantage.
As a person you have excellent communication skills and values being a good team player. You have a desire to learn new things and evolve. You are also a relentless and result oriented self-starter who go the extra mile to get the job done. To succeed in your role networking, visiting events, traveling and cold outreaches should excite you.
