Partnerships Manager (Scotland)
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Product team, looking after the Scotland Region.
The Partnership team are the trend-setters in everything experiences. We’re racing to find the next best thing to keep inspiring our customers. We source, grow and retain outstanding experiences, and manage relationships with our fantastic partners. The front line of the business, we work our hardest to meet the needs of all stakeholders to deliver incredible results.
From the Highlands to the heart of Edinburgh, our Partnerships Manager for Scotland will shape unforgettable experiences across every category - from adrenaline-fuelled adventures and cosy Highland escapes to whisky tastings, scenic tours, and one-of-a-kind cultural gems.
You’ll own the Scottish region, managing and growing a diverse portfolio of partners that showcase the very best the country has to offer. Whether it’s securing exclusive access to an iconic distillery, uncovering hidden-gem hotels, or finding the next big thrill among the Highland coos, you’ll know how to turn opportunities into standout experiences.
With strong commercial instincts and a passion for partnership, you’ll nurture existing relationships while driving new growth, ensuring our offering stays fresh, competitive, and truly reflective of Scotland’s spirit.
If you’re commercially minded, relationship-driven, and inspired by bringing incredible Scottish experiences to life, this role is for you.
This is a fully remote role looking after the Scotland region, so you'll need to be based in Scotland with a comfy home setup and a solid internet connection.
Regular travel throughout Scotland is an essential part of this role, involving visits to existing and future supplier partners. You must be able to travel independently and reliably to locations across Scotland, including rural and remote areas where public transport may be limited, in order to meet business needs. We support the use of sustainable travel options wherever these are practical and compatible with the requirements of the role.
Additionally, we do get together in person as a team too, so travel to our office (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS) on a minimum monthly basis will be required (occasionally more if there are team or company events).
