We are recruiting for a Parts Programme Administrator to join our team for 12 months maternity cover, working full-time.
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.

In This Role You Will
- Manage and direct inbound parts enquiries, orders, queries and technical questions.
- Manage and process supplier invoices and queries.
- Manage the inbound parts order process, placing orders and managing order queries.
- Support the growth of the parts programme, including current range and future range development.
- Manage and support supplier relationships, terms and conditions and technical queries.
- Support the warehouse stocking team with average monthly demand and first time pick availability, including any product returns and surcharges.
- Provide structured reporting for the business.
- Support and assist with product specific marketing activity and campaigns, including reporting, stock, printed and e-media.
