About the Role We are excited to offer a newly created opportunity for a Pathology Directorate Business Support Manager. This is a key role that will support the development, coordination and continuous improvement of directorate wide business processes, ensuring they are efficient, robust and aligned to both Trust priorities and our Pathology Strategy. This role sits at the centre of directorate activity and will work closely with the Operations Manager and Associate Operations Manager to support delivery of key objectives, projects and transformation programmes across Pathology. The post holder will manage the provision of PA and administrative support to the Directorate, ensuring a high quality, responsive and professional service that enables the effective running of the Directorate Senior Management Team and wider operational functions. The Pathology directorate works with multiple accreditation bodies and therefore a structured, quality focused approach is essential. You will also act as a key representative of the Directorate, engaging with colleagues, service users and external partners. Professionalism, integrity and an understanding that your actions reflect on the wider Directorate are critical to success in this role.
