Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally and promptly, ensuring clients, families, clinicians, and stakeholders receive clear and compassionate communication.

Client Support:

Diary and Appointment Coordination:

Support the smooth coordination of clinician diaries, appointments, and service administration to ensure clients receive timely and efficient support.

Complaint Resolution:

Receive, document, and support the resolution of client concerns in a calm, empathetic, and professional manner, escalating more serious complaints where needed.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of client communication, appointments, and updates within our CRM and practice management systems.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with clinicians, administrative colleagues, and management to support smooth day-to-day operations and continuity of care.

Confidentiality and Compliance:

Ensure all client communication and records are handled with discretion and in line with RTN policies, GDPR, and relevant mental health service protocols.
