You’ll support the delivery of payroll services from start to finish, helping to ensure all payments, adjustments and records are processed accurately and in line with legislation and internal policies. You’ll work with a range of systems to manage employee data, resolve queries and support payroll processes, while liaising with colleagues and stakeholders to provide clear and timely information. As part of the role, you’ll help maintain accurate records, support audits and contribute to continuous improvement across the service, ensuring processes remain efficient, compliant and customer-focused.

You’re a detail-focused and organised individual who enjoys working with data and getting things right. You have good numerical and IT skills, along with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A confident communicator, you can explain information clearly and support colleagues with queries in a professional and approachable way.
