This organisation is seeking two People Consultants to play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end change for a large-scale transformation project based in London. As a People Consultant, you will be at the heart of shaping and executing integrated change and communication plans that drive adoption and minimise disruption across the business. What you'll do:
* Lead the delivery of comprehensive change projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all aspects of transformation are managed with care and precision.
* Shape and execute integrated change and communication plans that drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups while minimising disruption to daily operations.
* Assess organisational readiness for change by identifying risks and adapting plans in real time to ensure successful implementation.
* Coach leaders throughout the change process, providing guidance on consistent messaging, behaviours, and follow-through to embed new ways of working.
* Support the embedding of sustainable organisational design, culture, and behaviour changes so that improvements endure beyond project delivery.
* Partner closely with stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops, presentations, and interventions using multiple communication channels to drive engagement and buy-in for change initiatives.
* Monitor progress against key milestones, adjusting strategies as needed to respond to evolving challenges or feedback from teams.
* Champion inclusive practices that promote collaboration, empathy, and understanding throughout the transformation journey.
* Work effectively within pressurised or agile environments, often managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
What you bring:
* Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end change management projects within People Change or Culture/Behaviour Change environments.
* Strong planning and organisational skills that enable you to manage complex transformation initiatives efficiently.
* Critical thinking abilities combined with analytical skills for assessing risks and readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
* Proven track record in organisation effectiveness and design within fast-moving or pressurised settings.
* Exceptional business partnering skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Excellent facilitation skills for running workshops or presentations that engage participants and drive buy-in for change.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that convey messages clearly across multiple channels.
* Meticulous attention to detail when developing plans or tracking progress against milestones.
* Experience using various communication channels/interventions to enhance engagement during periods of transition.
* Ability to deliver programmes across multiple countries or stakeholder groups while maintaining consistency in approach.
