People Coordinator
Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 FTE
Hours: 37 hours a week (part-time will be considered). Full year or term time working will also be considered

The Opportunity
Join our central People team and play a key role in supporting our academies with all aspects of HR.
We’re looking for two enthusiastic and motivated People Coordinators who are eager to develop their careers and get involved in a varied and rewarding role.
As part of our team, you’ll help ensure our people processes run smoothly while delivering a positive and supportive employee experience. Acting as a first point of contact, you’ll use your strong customer service skills to guide and support colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle.
This is a truly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from responding to employee queries and managing HR data and payroll support, to assisting with recruitment and onboarding new starters.
Whatever your role in the Trust, your work will directly support our mission to deliver the best possible education.
About You
- Level 3 CIPD in People Practice (or equivalent) or working towards
- A completer finisher with experience administering or coordinating people processes
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Confidence and experience with IT systems including One Drive, MS Teams, and HR/payroll systems
- Strong customer focus, and communication skills
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding or payroll and data is desirable
- Experience in education or local government would also be an advantage
Although this is a full-time role, we are happy to consider a job share or part-time hours.
