About The Role
The People Experience Advisor (DEI) plays a key role in the delivery of inclusion actions to embed an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued, respected and able to thrive. This role is responsible for execution of the firm inclusion strategy alongside the DEI Manager and People Experience Advisor (DEI and Wellbeing), ensuring inclusion initiatives are delivered and embedded across the firm.
The role works closely with leaders, managers and team members in supporting the delivery of key people experience activities across the employee lifecycle, helping to create a culture of inclusion aligned to our culture of doing the right thing, taking responsibility and showing respect across all we do.
Whilst this role is focused on the DEI agenda, you will be part of a broader people experience team and have the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives across the broader people experience portfolio.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Operationalise the delivery of the organisation's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and action plans with the DEI Manager
- Taking a proactive approach to coordinate inclusion initiatives, campaigns and awareness activities throughout the year.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of DEI metrics, data points and progress against objectives.
- Contribute to diversity-related policies, producing guidance documents and engaging communications as required, working in collaboration with the communications and digital teams.
- Promote inclusive behaviours and support capability-building for leaders and managers, working with HRBP’s and the DEI Manager to schedule DEI related learning sessions, identifying opportunities for further upskilling where necessary.
- Identifying risks as they emerge, ensuring these are escalated sensitively and appropriately.
- Coordinating DEI related projects, including tracking of milestones and dependencies, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery is on track.
- Supporting external DEI reporting submissions as required
- Working with a variety of stakeholders across the firm, building trusted relationships
- Contribute to engagement, employee voice and performance initiatives.
- Support recognition and wellbeing programmes that enhance colleague experience.
- Assist with employee communications, events and awareness campaigns.
- In collaboration with the People Experience Advisory team, design and create people experience pages on our intranet
- Collaborate across the People Experience team to deliver integrated people initiatives.
- Experience in DEI, employee experience, HR, people and culture, organisational development or related fields.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment
- Highly organised with project coordination experience
- Stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach
- Strong understanding of inclusion, belonging and culture-building principles.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate findings into action.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Passion for creating equitable and inclusive employee experiences.
