Job Overview
We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Glasgow. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across various channels, all aimed at boosting customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending our Glasgow office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your Skills & Experience
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.

We're on the lookout for a proactive and organised Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Glasgow. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across various channels, all aimed at boosting customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads,and LinkedIn Ads with opportunities to expand into other channels
- Drive high quality traffic and leads to our website by actively refining campaigns to hit defined targets including cost per sale and return on ad spend.
- Support delivery of integrated performance marketing campaigns, ensuring everything is launched smoothly and on time.
- Work closely with our affiliate marketing partners, supporting and gradually taking ownership of the programme.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to develop engaging ads, ensuring they align with campaign goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using GA4 and ad platform data and provide clear insights with recommendations to improve results
- Conduct structured testing across ad creatives, audiences and landing pages to drive out continuous performance improvements.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to align campaigns with business goals, continuously improve performance, and unlock growth opportunities through testing and optimisation.

Your Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across a wide range of digital channels is needed.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads is required.
- Paid per click (PPC) expertise is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 (or similar tools).
- Experience with A/B testing to optimise ad and landing page performance.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel use for reporting and trend analysis.
- Customer focused mindset and ability to understand customer needs.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
