Planning Lawyer - Elite Global Law Firm (FTC)

We're currently working with one of the leading global planning practices at an elite law firm that is looking to hire a Planning Associate on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded planning team advising on complex, high-value development and infrastructure projects.

The role will involve

• Advising on a broad range of planning law matters across major development schemes

• Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 agreements and related documentation

• Supporting real estate and infrastructure transactions from a planning perspective

• Managing planning due diligence and advising on risk

• Working closely with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams

The ideal candidate

• Has strong experience in planning law gained at a reputable firm

• Is confident advising on large-scale or complex developments

• Has excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness

• Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Is able to hit the ground running in a contract role
